AVV. PROF. DOMENICO CAPRA
Founding partner of the Firm. J.D. cum laude at Università degli Studi in Parma, he was admitted to the bar in 1994 and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court. He started his career in Milan, at the law Firm of Professors Remo Franceschelli and Vincenzo Franceschelli. He is Professor of Institutions of Private Law and Industrial Law for Management at the University of Milano Bicocca. He’s been part of the Editorial Board of the Revue of Industrial Property Law since, has extensively published in Industrial property law and is frequently lecturer at conferences on the same subject.
AVV. ELISA CAPPELLINI
J.D. at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on International Commercial Arbitration. She was admitted to the bar in 1996. She is founding partner of the Firm and she boasts a 20 years experience in litigation in civil and commercial matters. She is the reference for Italian branches of several multinational groups as well as all foreign clients of the Firm.
AVV. VALENTINA MALERBA
J.D. cum laude at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza in 2012, she immediately joined our Firm. From October 2015 to April 2017 she trained before Specialized Court of Industrial Property and Company law of Milan. She was admitted to the bar in 2017. Training lecturer in Industrial Property law at University of Milan-Bicocca, her main areas of practice are Industrial Property and Copyright law, unfair competition, data protection and online services.
